The wow-factor are the two brand new, luxurious and spacious bathrooms. You will love the shower thanks to the high water pressure. The bathrooms are directly attached to the rooms to have complete privacy. You will sleep on high quality Auping box spring beds. There are automatic dim-out curtains. Cleanliness is key. There is the entrance door to the two apartments. The two apartments are located one floor below streetlevel in a quiet residential street.
