The house is flat and completely covered with mosquito netting on the doors and windows. It has 3 bedrooms, one of which is a suite, a social bathroom in the hallway, a living room and a kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils, such as: dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, blender, mixer, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, barbecue, etc. All mattresses are new and of high quality, as are the bed and bath linens. The balcony in the front overlooks the pool (which is exclusive to the house) and the mountain. And, in the back, there is a view of the garden. Both balconies have hammock support, provided by the accommodation. The water supply comes from the condominium's spring. The grounds have plenty of vegetation, flowers of various types, birds singing throughout the day, and crickets come to warm our nights. Reserved and quiet, perfect for those seeking tranquility. The property is all fenced, including the side bordering the reserve. This way, you and your furry friend(s) will have more security and peace of mind to explore the entire area. The house also has the support of Mr. Nelson, who takes care of the outdoor area and swimming pool every Wednesday and Saturday. Guest access The main access to the city is located at the beginning of the ascent of the mountain to Teresópolis. Crossing the stone portico, starting at Av. Dedo de Deus. The condominium is 10 minutes away on a paved road. The condominium is located in a residential area, with several other condominiums around and some local commerce. For a greater variety, such as pharmacies, supermarkets and other stores, I suggest the city center, which is 2 km (5 min by car) from the house. For those without a vehicle, the condominium is within the operating range of the app-based cars. Various types of delivery also deliver on-site. Other things to note The house, being one of the last in the condominium, faces the APA forest (Environmental Protection Area), for this reason, there is the possibility of receiving some wild visitors, such as hawks, monkeys, possums, sloths, toucans, lizards, among others. It is strictly forbidden to set off fireworks and make loud noise anywhere on the property (including condominium rules, subject to a fine).
