Our house is located in the San Blas neighborhood, in the Historic Center of Cusco. We offer a comfortable stay with incredible views from our rooms and panoramic terrace. The area is quiet, safe, and close to everything. Ideal for families or groups of up to 16 guests. The space Our cozy lodging offers 6 unique rooms, including matrimonial and twin options. We are in the heart of Cusco, just an 8-minute walk from the Main Square and close to the main attractions. Located in the iconic San Blas neighborhood, we are surrounded by restaurants, cafés, shops, museums, parks, and viewpoints. Our location is perfect for exploring the city on foot. Guest access BEDROOMS: has a Queen, Double bed and single beds are Super orthopedic matterss and pillows are very confy). WIFI ricehs all the corners of the house., hot water arrive to the kitchen and bathroom that has a shower, We provide towels, soap and toilet paper. HEATING: Is not included but for an extra cost ($ 5 per electric radiator. WATER: This is another sensitive point cause distribution of Cusco is intermitent, our apartment has a independent reservory that allows to have 24 hours water with good preasure, so in the badroom and the kitchen you will find hot water during 24 hrs. BED: We put alot of attention into this cause quality of sleep is what we are looking for, definitly our soud proof windows are helping a lot to this. WIFI: mor200 MBS FibrSuperb Fast fiber Internet; probably is one of the fastest in town and you won’t have any problems with internet and being connected. KITCHEN: We have 4 kitchenett in 4 different studios small but complete. LAUNDRY: Is not allowed in the house; We offer laundry service (Wash,dry & deliver service) at a reasonable price 2$ Per kilogram. LIGHTS: While you are not in the house please keep the lights off PETS: We are pet friendly but owners need to be very responsable. You will need to bring your potty pad and make sure your pet is well trained, also bring you Kennel Cage and make sure your pet sleep in it. In case you pet will cause damages you will be responsable to pay for. Other things to note Hello, We extend a very warm welcome to you. We are Fernando and Yanet, the owners of the property, and we are very happy to host you. Below, we share important information about your reservation and a few things to keep in mind during your stay. Access to the Property • The space reserved for your stay is located on the second level of the house, where the 6 rooms for your exclusive use are located. • For security reasons, the main entrance door must always remain properly closed. • Each room has two keys: • One opens the room door. • The other opens the main entrance door of the property. Waste Management We love recycling and truly appreciate your support: • Plastic bottles should be placed in the wooden basket located under the lobby stairs (collection area). • We have a gray trash container. We kindly ask that: • Trash bags are properly sealed. • They do not contain liquids. Common Areas The common areas of the property are: • Lobby (half bathroom) • Back patio • Terrace These areas are shared with: • 1 member of the cleaning staff • 2 members of the café staff (they only use the lobby restroom) • In the case of the terrace, it may also occasionally be shared with my sister’s family (5 people), who live on the third level and have independent access. They are generally not physically present, so it will be very rare to see them. You may see some people in these areas. For security reasons, the common areas are equipped with surveillance cameras. Guest Registration Book (Check-In) According to regulations from the Peruvian Ministry of Tourism, individual registration of each guest is mandatory. The registration book is located at the entrance counter of the property, and we kindly ask you to complete it upon arrival. It is also necessary for you to send us a photo of your passports through the Airbnb app. Safety and Recommendations The city of Cusco, and especially the neighborhood where the Airbnb is located, is very safe. Very close by you will find wonderful places to visit, such as the Sapantiana Aqueduct (7 Borreguitos Street), among other beautiful sites.
