Entire spacious RV (Jayco 21ft) in Alum Rock, East San Jose, all to yourself. Full feature RV: ✓ Queen Bed and Sofa Bed (Sleeps 2 comfortably) ✓ Full Kitchen: Refrigerator, Stove, Oven, Sink, Microwave ✓ Full Bathroom: Shower, Tub, Toilet ✓ Dining/Working Area with Table ✓ Wifi (est. 5-10MB/s) ✓ Short drive to downtown San Jose, San Jose Airport, Caltrain & Light rail. ✓ Easy access to highways (1O1, 68O and 28O). The space Unique 21ft RV/Glamping (2011 Jayco) experience in East San Joses, Alum Rock area - refreshed and prepared in June 2020. You will have this spacious RV guesthouse all to yourself. RV is parked behind main property with 1 assigned parking spot. The driveway and yard is shared access with other house residents. Other guests will not have access to the RV. [Currently limiting number of RV tenants to 2 (max), no additional/visiting guests allowed in observance of social distancing and quarantine. (RV able to host 4 guests max).] RV's Features: ✓ Queen Bed (Sleeps 2 comfortably, Blanket & Pillows provided; optional but recommend to bring your own.) ✓ Sofa Bed (recommend to use as Sofa) ✓ Fully Feature Kitchen including: Refrigerator, Stove, Oven, Pots and Pans, ✓ Basic Utensils; (Food & Consumables not provided.) ✓ Full Bathroom including Shower with (small) Tub and Toilet ✓ Dining/Working Area with Table (able to transform to bed, but recommend to keep use as seating area) ✓ Wifi connectivity (~5-10MB/s download) ✓ Washer (8 quarters/wash) and dryer (free) available in main house. RV Rules: ✪ No visiting guest(s) allowed (Temporarily, in observance of Social Distancing / Quarantine) ✪ No smoking, no partying, no drugs, no pets ✪ Please follow posted RV house rules Guest access Guest has access to entire RV, assigned parking, shared driveway, and a portion of the backyard. RV key lock access code will be provided upon successful booking. Assigned Parking on premise, please park in the #T spot Please lock RV door upon leaving. Other things to note Welcome to our Jayco 21ft RV. We are so happy to share our space with you. Pls kindly keep in mind that there are some quirks and features with RV living. We will do our best to list all the tips: ✪ The RV has electric and gas settings that need to be turned on/off depending on your need/usage. The switches are by the window near the kitchen sink. Please switch on when needed, pls switch off when not in use. ✪ Hot water requires electric switch on. Sometimes it may take up to 5-10min for water to heat up. Other times the water can come out quite hot. Please take caution. ✪ AC/Heater switch is near the bathroom door. Pls adjust to your desired setting. Pls check and close windows when AC/Heater is turned on. Pls help to turn off when leaving the RV to preserve electric power or propane. ✪ WiFi in the RV can sometimes be spotty. We are actively working on improving the WiFi stability and strength. ✪ TV in our RV is not connected. You may connect to your own devices, but we do not have cable/satellite/WiFi connected for it. ✪ Laundry & Dryer are in the main building (4086). We will provide you the house door code to enter the house. The Laundry & Dryer is labeled on the door directly to your left when you enter. Laundry is 8 quarters, dryer is free. Sorry, but we currently do not provide quarter exchanges. ✪ Pls keep door and windows closed as much as possible. There can be more bugs and flies with RV living due to the outdoor nature. Pls do not leave the door open and always keep the screen door closed. We offer a small bug light in case you need it. It is stored in the cabinet. ✪ In case of emergency, fire extinguisher and first aide kits are also in the cabinet. Pls contact us or 911 ASAP if you have an emergency. ✪ Pls do not adjust or modify the RV’s exterior connections on your own - pipes, valves, electrical. If you need any help or have any issues with the RV, pls contact us and we will help you. ✪ There are basic supplies in the cabinets for your use in the RV. Extra toilet papers are under the bathroom sink. If you have any additional needs, pls let us know. ✪ 24hrs surveillance on premise - in drive way, entry way, and main property living room.
