Located in the heart of the town centre, means property has easy access to the wide range amenities, including bars, restaurants, well known high street stores and boutique shops and only 15-20 min walk to the race course, General Hospital. Zone 12 Parking Permit available. The space A well presented first floor apartment, forming part of a period building located just a short stroll from the town centre. The accommodation comprises; a long hallway giving access to the living/dining room with bay window and window seat, kitchen, bedrooms and family bathroom. In the living/dining area there is a dining table with chairs, double sofa-bed, coffee-table, TV. There are two bedrooms and a small office (The office is Out of Oder at this moment due to some current work). Bedroom one with double bed . En suite shower room to bedroom one fitted with a white suite, bedroom two with two singe beds , and a main bathroom is neutrally decorated with a white suite and shower over bath. The kitchen is well fitted with a range of wall and base level units with a built-in electric oven and halogen hob and includes an integral washer/dryer, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The Apartment is very light - the Georgian style sash windows having modern integral mixture of triple and double glazing. The property is warmed by gas central heating. ONE Permit Parking provided-Free of charge. Guest access Guests have full access to the apartment. Other things to note As far as possible and allowing for some flexibility on both sides we would like to keep to the arrival and departure times ie 4pm and 11am. Please note: this Apartment is on the first floor. No lift. We can provide you a Virtual Residents Parking Permit for the duration of your stay-Free of charge. I will need to have the registration number of the car you will be using. This is a 'virtual' permit, ie nothing to put in the car. Please don't forget to give me the details and note that only that car will be able to use the Resident Parking Zone 12 bays. The permit will expire at 11am on your departure date. Please note: if the guest uses a bed that exceeds the number of people booked, additional costs may be charged.
