Our house is quite cozy, accommodates up to 13 people and is conducive to gatherings and meetings between friends and family, with the environments of the integrated rooms and the deliciously open kitchen. The glass windows in the living room provide the perfect connection with nature and the beautiful landscaping that surrounds it. It is a 3-minute walk to the beach. We personally take care of all the details of the house, which has impeccable maintenance and finishes. The space The house was built by my parents, who visited a shipwreck in the Port of Paranaguá in the 1980s and acquired the living room lamps, bathroom mirrors, chandelier – the ship's wheel that is on top of the dining table, etc. This house has a beautiful story, full of joy, laughter, family moments. I remember my father preparing his “caipirinha specialty” (passion fruit with lemon and cachaça) for us to have on the balcony, along with the fried sardines that my mother delicately prepared in the kitchen open to the living room, from where many delicacies would later emerge, such as a seafood risotto, or a fish stew with pirão, also made by her... I, Ana Luiza, have wonderful memories of the moments I spent with them, uncles, cousins and my grandparents on vacation, both in childhood and adolescence. Today, as an adult, I have this as my second home and whenever possible we spend a few weeks a month here, me, my husband Luís Fernando, our son João and our friends. May you enjoy this wonderful energy. We will be available online throughout the period and will be happy to give tips about the region, as well as help with anything you need!! Inside the house, there are 4 en-suites that comfortably accommodate 11 people. Outside the house, there is a service room with a bunk bed, which can accommodate 2 more people. This external room has a bathroom but is much smaller than the other rooms. We usually leave our personal belongings in it, but it can be used for guests if needed. Regarding pets, please ask us in advance, because in high season we probably will not accept them because we do not have enough time to repair damaged furniture or upholstery. Check-in and check-out times can be flexible, tell us what your needs are and we will do our best to meet them :) Our pleasure is to welcome the people who choose our home! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house. The beach chairs and umbrellas are in a small room in the back of the house, which we use as a storeroom. There, too, you'll find children's bodyboarding boards. Feel free to make use of these things. The subdivision is quite safe, with 24-hour surveillance at the entrance and on the internal streets, so we usually park cars on the street. There is a blue zone fee (for our visitors the amount is 20 reais per day), which helps limit the number of people who attend the beach. Other things to note Once the reservation is confirmed, we will send a letter with the house rules containing important information about quiet hours, garbage separation rules, care with excessive water use (although we have 5 water boxes with 1000 liters each), among other matters. We have ultra fast internet for your convenience. We negotiate differentiated packages and values for long stays and home office. We will provide bed linen and towels at a cost of 50 reais per person, which refers to the cost of laundry and must be settled separately. We do not include the daily rate as many guests prefer to take. Please let us know your preference:) Please be aware of the check-in (2 p.m.) and check-out (12 p.m.) times.
