Electricity and water use must be settled with the management at check-out. For this purpose, the start and end positions on the electric meter will be recorded. The cost of the electricity is 0.40 euro cent p KwH and the cost of the water is €8,— per m3. This will be deducted from the deposit you owe upon check out. For stays of more than 7 nights, we work with a mandatory intermediate cleaning of €75,—, also settled with the deposit.
