We are located approximately 2.5 km from the beautiful Martim de Sá beach and the Caraguá Center, a great location for visiting the beaches of Ubatuba, Ilhabela and São Sebastião We live near the apartments and are always available to assist you when needed. Guest access The keys are picked up at the location below: Address: Alameda dos Castanheiros, n 44 Cidade Jardim, Caraguatatuba SP. Access from the apartment to the parking and leisure area is via stairs. Guests will have access to the apartment, which is totally private, and the other areas, which are for collective use, such as parking, barbecue area, swimming pools, playground and garden. Pool hours, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. (adult pool 8.5 x 4.5 x 1.45 and children's pool 2.5 x 2.50 x 0.50). To use the barbecue, it is necessary to schedule it in advance. The hours of use are from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. or from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. People who are not staying in the apartment will not be allowed to stay without prior authorization from the owners. If you wish to receive visitors, contact us to check the possibility and extra cost.
