There are four en-suites with air-conditioning, blackout windows, all with a protective net. Living and dining rooms with air-conditioning and ceiling fan, TV (SKY), Wi-Fi, well-equipped kitchen, gourmet area with barbecue and table for 6 people, private heated pool with safety net. All windows have mosquito screens. Ice machine in the condominium. The space Our house is two blocks from the beach and close to downtown Juquehy (restaurants, shopping, pharmacies, bakery, ice cream parlors). The house has 2 (two) parking spaces. Beach service included, provided by the condominium: 10 chairs and a beach umbrella. Entrance is via a digital lock. We provide pillows and bedspreads. We can offer Buddemyer bed and bath linens, for which we charge a laundry fee. Guest access Access to the entire house Other things to note Departure cleaning fee of R$ 300.00.
