Colonial house 250 meters from Praia do Foguete (near the Military Club). It has 3 bedrooms (with fans) and a kitchen with structure. Large common area with hammocks, barbecue and garage for up to 3 vehicles. Living room with cable TV including Première Futebol Clube (PPV). Beach known for surfing, kitesurfing and good for swimming. Animals are not permitted. Cleaning Fee: R$200.00 Different prices for New Year and Carnival (To be agreed). Note: We have 1 temporary TV at the moment. Guest access Broad access to all the premises of the house. Other things to note For the New Year and Carnival periods, reservations are made per package with a minimum occupancy period.
