6 bed/4bath Large Retreat-Hot Tub & close to pools

WE ARE PET FREE!! No pets of any kind thanks! HOT TUB on upper deck. Our entire home consists of 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms - 2 large living areas - 2 large kitchen areas, 1 laundry and 1 upper deck area and a fenced backyard 10adults BUT WE DONT count kids Perfect for 2 families coming for a holiday together, but still want their own space Our home is 2km from the Fairmont Hot Springs resort - where the natural hot spring pools are located. STR PERMIT 111-25 issued 2025- 2028 The space You have access to the entire house.. one hidebed is located in each living room... the grey couch upstairs and the brown couch downstairs are both pull outs... we have a small separate suite under the garage that we stay in when home. But that is completely separate from the house and private for us and our guests. Guest access The entire house you have access to. HOT TUB ACCESS and damage deposit required - $250 U will be required to etransfer these funds on the day of arrival if you want the hot tub unlocked and available for your use. If there is no sign of neglect, glass food abuse that would require us draining all the water upon checkout I will refund the DD 1 day after checkout. Other things to note QUIET TIME 10PM!! We DO NOT welcome Pets of any kind.. also we do not welcome fireworks so please take them else where as we are a small community and do not want to draw attention to our home as a party house. Also we ask that if anyone smokes in your group they make sure doors are closed and they stand well away from the house as we do not like the smell of smoke.. or cannabis Please do not move our furniture / mirrors and things about the house.. we appreciate showing up to our house in order..
