This beautiful home is perfectly located right across the street from the ocean. Our Beach Home was put together for families, couples and or individuals to enjoy! Patillas, Puerto Rico is a beautiful city with kind, generous people and lots of beautiful things to see. The space Ocean Pearl is minutes to restaurants/pubs. The home includes: 3 Queen size beds, 4 Twin, pillows, fresh linens, blankets, bath and pool towels, washer/dryer, stove/oven, full sized fridge, microwave, outdoor grill, covered balcony with in ground pool, flat screen TV with WIFI and much more!! There are 2 full bathrooms inside and 2 other full bathrooms outside by our pool. Also, the home has 1 kitchen inside and 1 outside. Our home provides Emergency Essentials such as a water reserve system and a HUGE generator. We are also owners of a gas station. The home is secured with a gate that can either remain closed or open by your choice. Ocean Pearl is one of a kind! NO PETS ALLOWED NO WEDDINGS NO PARTIES NO VISITORS OUTSIDE OF YOUR RESERVATION Guest access Check-in: The earliest check-in time is 4pm. Day of Check-In the Property Manager will send a message that will provide you with a door code to retrieve the key to enter the home. Inside you will find one gate opener opener on the kitchen counter next to a binder that provides useful information for your stay. Checkout: The latest check out time is 11:00 A.M. There will NOT be a refund for early checkouts. Please make sure all lights are off and doors are locked before leaving. Beds can be left unmade (all linens must remain in its room and towels in the bathrooms. PLEASE throw away all trash that is located outside of the home. Deposit: The deposit is for security and shall be refunded by Airbnb after Checkout Date provided no deductions are made due to: damage to the property or furnishings; dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning; or any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guest’s stay. Other things to note Property Rules: 1. Smoking is NOT allowed Inside of home. Smoking is allowed outside only. 2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property and no visitors outside of your reservation may visita. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agreed to above. 3. Guests should not create excessive noise past 9:00pm 4. The home is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. We encourage all renters to purchase traveler insurance. 5. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Please do NOT remove anything from the home. 6. Only use appliances for their intended uses. 7. Pets are NOT allowed. 8. There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the home, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the home. 9. Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle, located at the side of the house. 10. Swimming Pool: [No children In pool without adult supervision]. Use at your own risk. The pool is NOT a heated pool. 11. Avoid leaving doors open while the AC is running. 12. Beach chairs, ice cooler, beach toys etc. are provided and can be taken to the beach but must be returned to the vacation home. 13. Please keep linens in its rooms and towels in the bathrooms when checking out. 14. ALL dishes and silverware must be washed. 15. All doors inside the home must remain closed AT ALL TIMES due to running AC
