Le Prieuré: Family Room (+Breakfast)

A calm and peaceful room, the Master Bedroom overlooks the beech trees and lawned area of the garden and the pool. The largest bedroom, it can be used as a double (with a super king sized bed), or as a twin, or as a triple room and is ideal for anyone staying with a young child. We can also put a travel cot in the bedroom. Each bed is dressed in crisp cotton bed linen, with top blankets from The White Company. The space The Priory is a beautiful 14th century building in a delightful rural village surrounded by woods. Built of the local honey coloured stone, it is surrounded by a high stone wall and is therefore pet safe. Guest access Guests are able to access the entire house, apart from the laundry (Guests have their own washing machine in the house.) During your stay I live in the house and will be on hand most of the time. I will supply a telephone number to contact me if I go out. Dinner menu (optional): Soup of the day Home made pate with onion chutney. Goats cheese tart on a bed of caramelised balsamic onions. Smoked mackerel pate and toast.. Fish pie with vegetables Wild mushroom and parmesan risotto Selection of Cheese Frozen berry parfait Home made apple and sultana crumble Spotted dick
