This comfortable suite has everything you need to make you feel right at home. Fully functional kitchen with supplies (Tea, coffee, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster). Washer and Dryer with supplies. Bathroom with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and other toiletries that you may have forgotten at home. Guest access Guests with reservations 28 days stay and more have access to the Gym, Indoor Swimming Pool and Hot Tub in the building. For reservations less then 28 days all amenities (gym, pool, hot tub) are unavailable. Other things to note According to the condo regulations every guest must provide their personal information prior to check in. We kindly ask that you provide the full names of every guest staying in the apartment. Please note that you need to be 25 or over in order to check in. For reservations with 7 nights or more it is possible to check-in from the age of 18. Guests whose names or ID do not match the provided information ARE NOT allowed into the building. - Parking is NOT included in the price but there is Public parking in this building. - Pets are allowed in the apartment with a maximum of two pets per suite. If you plan a stay with pets, please confirm the opportunity prior to booking. Pets fee is $20 per night for 1 pet. - We have a Travel Crib (for a 0-18-month-old baby) and Bed Rails.
