Welcome to our tropical paradise, Hacienda Lantana. Come stay and let the billowing pine trees and palms sway you into relaxation. The 3 bdrm. 2 bth. home is spaciously situated on 2 1/2 lots, with large pool and playground and beach is 1/2 a block. There is an adjacent Casita for 2 guests. Due to seasonal changes, rates are subject to special offers and range 325.00-675.00. The Casita includes a separate entrance with King bed and fully equipped kitchen. Please include if Casita is needed. The space This GROUND FLOOR 3 bdrm 2 bth home is located on the ground level, approx. 2000 sq. ft. Sitting on 3 lots it offers ample space for multiple guest to enjoy a wonderful stay. There is a 1 bdrm. 1 bth. Casita with small kitchen adjacent to the home, perfect for extra guest that may want more privacy or quiet time. This is a open floor plan with a sofa sleeper and flat screen T.V. The kitchen offers an island with great bar seating dividing the living room and kitchen area. Great for conversations. The kitchen is fully equipped. It has large sliding doors that open to the private patio just off from the pool. It offers a table and seating for eight plus an additional table to play games. The large patio makes for perfect grilling space. Master bdrm has a king bed plus a day bed with trundle. Bath room is equipped with large bath, shower and vanity area. The additional bedrooms host a queen bed and a room with two twin beds. All with flat screen tv’s.The queen room has French doors that open to spacious patio, table for four looking onto pool area. A perfect place that is awaiting, sipping coffee or cocktails and watching the many species of birds that visit. The travertine tiled bath has a large walk in shower. The beach entry pool lined with mini pebbles is a great way to cool off. It also has a shallow layout area great to catch some sun or safe for baby play. The pool is designated for registered guests only, btw. 7am -10pm. A large pool with mini pebble bottom. Playground with swing set including a fort and slide. Trampoline and tons of space to run or play horseshoes or volleyball ( not provided) Bbq charcoal grill available. I can be contacted by text, or email. Walking distance to many restaurants, Palms, Padre Brewing co., Padre Rita Grill, Wanna Wannas, Tom and Jerrys. Many shops in between. Stripes convenient store and TnD nails. Beach access is a short 1/2 block walk. The house has two outside showers to rinse sand and supplies. The island and Port Isabel have a free public transit with many pick up and drop off locations 7 dys a week. Cabs on the island are plentiful and run approx$6 a person. Walking and biking is another option as there are many shops, restaurants and bars closely located to the property. Hotel tax is 17%and will be an additional charge to your rental rate. The home has an upstairs that on occasion has tenants, 2 adults and 2 children. They do not use the grounds when houses are occupied with rental. The large pool and playground, on the second lot, are considered common areas with small Casita if rented separately. No one under age 21 to rent home without OWNER APPROVAL. Guest access A large beach entry pool with hot tub. Playground with swing set including a fort and slide. Trampoline and tons of space to run or play horseshoes. Bbq grill available at palapa and main house. There is a spacious pool bathroom with pebbled walk in shower, granite counter tops. Laundry room with washer and dryer is located outside. We do not provide laundry detergent. Other things to note Tax ID (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) Hotel tax is 17% and will be an additional charge to your rental rate. This is a duplex style home and houses long term tenants, 2 adults and 2 children. The large pool and playground, on the second lot, are considered common areas. No one under age 21 to rent home unless contact with owner for approval. We also have a Casita on property, separate entrance that is studio like sleeping 2 guests only. It includes a king bed, breakfast table and small bar area, beautiful private patio, walk in pebbled shower, fully equipped and stocked kitchenette and lots of closet space.
