Cottage in Tapalpa

The house has a spectacular view, a modern style, and is brand new and fully equipped. Ideal for getting out of the city to disconnect, rest, exercise with its large outdoor space or spend time with family. The house is located 15 minutes away from Tapalpa Square, where you can learn about the town's incredible culture, enjoy a delicious meal, and find activities ranging from relaxing walks in its extensive forest to renting ATVs and razers! The space The house has 3 bedrooms; one with a king size bed upstairs and a separate full bathroom, another on the ground floor with 2 single beds and the third with 2 bunk beds with a shared full bathroom. In the living room we have a sofa bed ideal for 1 person. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook and heat your food, and the tap water is 100% potable, coming from a private deep well. The dining room has 6 chairs and the raised terrace has an extensive parota table with 6 stools. In the living room you will find a large SMART TV with SKY TV so you can enjoy its programming. There is also an indoor wood-burning fireplace for those cold days with which you can heat the space to your liking. Finally, the house has a large outdoor barbecue grill to cook whatever you like! Guest access Parking: It's on the house ramp and outside the front door. The other areas do not belong to this house. Other things to note Los Espinos is a place where it usually rains a lot with cooler temperatures than in downtown Tapalpa, so it is recommended to bring good jackets, raincoats, rubber boots (in rainy season) and sunscreen. If you use the fireplace and/or barbecue, you must bring your own firewood and charcoal, respectively. You can request them in advance and our staff will gladly bring them to the house if available (payment for firewood and charcoal is made directly to them) If you're having music or a party, please consider that there are neighbors and you're asked to turn down the volume no later than 11 PM.
