The space The 2 bedrooms each have their beautiful ensuite bathrooms, ceiling fan, air conditioner, a wardrobe or a closet. The mattress, sheets and towels are of high quality. Shades or blackout blinds have been installed for your comfort. The outdoor living space is as beautiful under the Yucatan’s sun as it is at night with its gorgeous lighting. You can swim in the 12 meter pool after a day of walking in the city. You can relax or read under the pergola near the pool or in the hammock in the lush tropical garden, under the shade of large trees or sitting on the bench between the palm trees and orchids. The kitchen has everything you will need to prepare gourmet meals. Large fridge, gas cooker, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, blender, citrus press, quality knives, pots and dishes, we have also included as a few basic pantry items. The comfortable and eclectic living room has a 55” smart TV with Netflix. The large dining room (with air conditioning) overlooks the terrace and the pool. Guest access The 2 rooms are located on the ground floor. Other things to note The house offers Wifi access throughout, purified water dispenser on the door of the refrigerator, booster water, electric water heater, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer at your disposal. Guests have a daily allowance of 30 kwh of electricity, this should cover your entire use. A weekly house cleaning service is included for stays over one week. Weekly cleaning of the pool is also included.
