Located in the highest floor of the building (10th floor), the apartment has a spectacular city view. Kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, electric range, microwave, coffee maker and dining utensils. Apartment includes Wifi, Smart TV, cable TV, central A/C unit and telephone (local calls only). There’s no balcony. This is a non-smoking place. If you smoke you are welcomed to use the rooftop which has an awesome 360 city view. Building facilities include key control entrance, key control elevator, security cameras, controlled access parking and laundry room with "pay per use" appliances. PARKING One free parking space is available for the apartment. GUEST ACCESS GUESTS will have access to entire place, PRIVATE APARTMENT with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, kitchen and living/dining room. CHECK IN/OUT RULES -----VERY IMPORTANT Check-in: AFTER 3 pm Check-out: NO LATER than 12:00pm. If necessary, arrangements can be made for luggage storage until 13:30 (1:30 pm). After 12:00pm the apartment must be free as the cleaning person is scheduled to arrive at this time. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE Please be eco-conscious. Turn off the lights before leaving. Turn off the tap water and save water. When using towels please consider that every day tons of detergent and millions of gallons of water are used to wash towels that have only been used once.
