nice room in cozy house

House is very clean and well cared for. 1/2 block from Solano ave which is a very popular street for shopping and Restaurants. Plenty of street parking. The room is about 10x12 opposite the front door . the house has two other permanent lodgers, myself and Joey The space Always freshly washed sheets and a down comforter. The neighborhood is extremely safe however there is an electronic lock with a combination on the front door as well a key to the room. The room is located directly across from the front door and there is a door to the bathroom in the back if the room so you don't need to walk through the house if you don't want to. the matress is made of memory foam. 32 inch TV comes with Roku which has Netflix and Amazon Prime. There are two people in the house There are many businesses on Solano ave, cafes, restaurants, all sorts of shops. Bus lines are close and the Bart station is about a fifteen minute walk. Its a very nice house in a quiet neighborhood . House is usually calm and friendly. Guest access Bathroom During your stay As little or as much as you like Other things to note shower can take a few minutes to warm up in the morning..don't give up if it doesn't get hot fast.
