The first floor accommodations are cheery and have easy access from the street and side parking area. The house has all the amenities of home. The kitchen is fully equipped with all that you would need to cook a meal and/or entertain. There is seating in the kitchen as well as the dining room. The sunroom/laundry room has a patio table and chairs. There is also a small outdoor patio area with a patio table and two chairs. The master bedroom is in the back of the house, so it is quiet when resting. There is a second bedroom with two single beds. The bathroom is bright and cheery. Linens, toiletries, etc. are available for use. An iron and iron board are also available. The home is clean and well maintained. It is a lovely spot for a quiet get away. Guest access You can access the home from the front door street entrance (with curb parking) or from the back door entrance with off street parking.
