A spacious one-story house with 4 bedrooms, complete and indoor gourmet area and another outdoor barbecue area, fire pit area, swimming pool, games table, 2 bathrooms. The site has 1000m² of nature. It sleeps 15 people in the beds. The space 4 large and spacious rooms, comfortable and clean mattresses. The house is not full of mold, it has a large kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils for using the gourmet area, pizza peels, knives, boards, clean grills. Our strong point is preserving cleanliness and comfort. Our space has an exclusive park for your child. Guest access Cars can be parked inside the farm. The neighborhood is residential, bringing tranquility and security, and you can take walks and tours around the farm without any restrictions. There are small markets for emergency purchases, with affordable prices. Other things to note Boituva is known as the city of skydiving. So you can enjoy and make a beautiful jump, or if you prefer, take a balloon ride with the family (you have to book in advance). It has 2 large fishing spots with easy access, with the possibility of sport fishing. Family-friendly place with the option to have lunch while admiring nature. Access to the city of Cerquilho, where you can go rafting, descending the Sorocaba River with a lot of excitement. Easy access to CASTELO PARQUE AQUÁTICO, in the city of Cesário Lange (25 km).
