Ground floor house with two suites at the Xangrila Villas Resort condo. Quiet place to rest and enjoy family and friends. The two suites have air-conditioning and a ceiling fan. The house is fully equipped, with a barbecue, two cable TVs with net, WiFi, hot water (gas) in all faucets and showers. The space The gated community has exclusive access to the beach with the entire infrastructure of a resort. It has a restaurant open during the summer, a small market open throughout the year, 4 tennis courts (a clay cover), 4 padel courts, 2 football fields 7 of natural grass, 3 beach tennis courts, gym, bocce court, game room, ballroom, heated pool, shooting, playgrounds and kids spaces. During the summer, the condominium hires a team of recreationists who carry out various activities with the children, in addition to organizing gymnastics, functional training, yoga and water aerobics activities for adults. Other things to note One of the suites has a “queen size” double bed. The other suite has 2 single beds that we can join and transform into another queen-size double bed as well.
