Relax in this special and quiet accommodation near the Romantic street between the medieval cities of Rothenburg o.d.T and Dinkelsbühl ('most beautiful old town in Germany' according to focus). The location of the apartment is perfect for excursions into the surrounding area. Dinkelsbühl is just 10 minutes drive. Rothenburg o.d.T can be reached in 40 minutes, Nuremberg with its world-famous Christmas market in about 60 minutes. The space enclosed apartment within our detached house in a quiet settlement location over two floors approx. 80 square meters Kitchen fully equipped (coffee/tea/spices included) Living/dining room with reading nook and electric fireplace (cozy heating function in winter) Guest toilet Patio with seating on the upper floor: bedroom (double bed 180x200/mattresses, blankets and pillows new) Bathroom with toilet and bathtub with shower curtain Balcony Guest access I strive to be there for the key handover in person upon arrival. If this is exceptionally not possible, the key is stored in a key box. The apartment has a separate balcony out to the front and a cozy, quiet terrace. Bikes can be stored and e-bikes can be loaded. The washing machine can be used (for a fee of €5.00) Other things to note The apartment is part of our family house. We share a common entrance. It's located in the front part of the building and stretches over two floors.
