The space This apartment is on the top floor of a modern three-story building, located in a pleasant and safe sector of Cerro Recreo, you will be just a 12/14 minute walk from Playa Caleta Abarca, Reloj de Flores, Miramar metro station and main avenues of the center of Viña del Mar, such as Av Valparaiso and Viana. In the neighborhood you will also find restaurants and cafes perfect for breakfast or an “once” at sunset, as well as ideal viewpoints to enjoy the air and breathtaking panoramic views of the area's coastline, from Valparaiso to Concón. In addition, the management of the apartment offers a strategic location for those who need to access Valparaiso for work or studios. You will enjoy the safety and tranquility of Viña del Mar, while staying close to Valparaíso universities, offices and activity centers, combining comfort, connectivity and a safe environment. It is important to consider that due to the geography of the place, some sections are sloped, so if you return on foot it may require more physical effort. There are less steep alternative routes, so we recommend planning the return journey for added convenience. If you don't want to walk, there is easy access via Uber or groups. Guest access Access to the apartment is completely independent and secure, through a lockbox located at the entrance gate to the building. From there you access the central hall, where the stairs leading to each of the apartments are located privately. Each guest will have three keys: one for the gate, one for the central hall, and one for their respective apartment. Check-in is flexible, thanks to the lockbox, but check-in before midnight is recommended in order to provide assistance in case of any eventuality. After that time, it will not be possible to offer direct assistance during check-in. Other things to note The apartment is prepared to provide you with a comfortable and pleasant stay, with the basic elements detailed in the services section. I recommend checking them before your reservation. By internal regulations, smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or on the balcony. My guests are people who value rest and tranquility, so please avoid loud music or noise during rest hours. Please note that the apartment does not have private parking, although it is possible to park on nearby streets, the location is a very quiet residential area.
