Walnut House

Walnut House is a detached house with a garden 20 km from Alexandroupolis. Guests can enjoy the fresh air and nature combined with short access to the beach, which is 1.3 km away. Nearby you can find a coffee shop, a bakery, a grocery store, a gas station and taverns with delicious traditional dishes. On the beach there are organized beach bars, canteens and free areas for swimming. The space Entering from the main entrance of the house you will find a comfortable corridor, to the right and left of it autonomous and fully furnished rooms: 1 bedroom with a double bed and another room with a single and a semi-double bed. There is a large bathroom with shower and bathtub, a toilet and a comfortable kitchen equipped with refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher and household equipment. Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the house except the areas marked as staff room. Other things to note According to Law 5073/2023, Article 30, an environmental fee of 15 euros per night is imposed from 1/04/2025, which is incorporated in the daily rent. There are water filters in the house, but anyone who wishes can choose bottled water. Upon arrival you will find a bottle of bottled water in the fridge, but then you will need to buy some.
