Other things to note A deposit is requested, which must be delivered in cash at check-in in order to deliver the keys, after signing the rental agreement. The deposit will be returned by bank transfer within a maximum period of 8 days from the date of departure. The amount will be reported right when booking, as a guide, consider that for short stays of 3 to 4 nights it will be an approximate amount of 150 euros. For stays of 5 to 7 nights the amount will be approximately 200 euros. The security deposit will be signed in the contract. Community living rules prohibit parties and night noise.
