This is the ultimate in coastal luxury, featuring modern appliances and an open floor plan through all the common areas. The space This stunning house features a beautiful and unique architectural design to create a tranquil and relaxing ambiance for your stay. Easy access to the beach, shops, and restaurants, all within a 1/2 mile from the property. The home includes two bedrooms, a sleeper sofa, and three bathrooms/ sleeps up to 6 people. The open floor plan from the kitchen through the living room and out to the deck creates a fantastic ambiance of relaxation and tranquility. It features beautiful kitchen appliances. If you choose to utilize the kitchen, you can take in the breathtaking views from the deck over a nice home-cooked meal. Sleeping specifics: The master bedroom has a single king bed and views of the harbor and bay. The second bedroom on the same floor has a king bed and is en-suite. The sleeper sofa is up two short flights of stairs. The living room, kitchen, and stunning patio are on the top floor with the sofa sleeper. Guest access This property provides two parking spots in our gated, private parking lot. There is also free street parking. Other things to note While we absolutely appreciate you our guests, here are some heads-up: No Parties/Groups: Please note: While we want you to enjoy your time on this property thoroughly, there is a strict no-party policy. No groups of over 10 people inside the property or on the premises. No "toasts" or "gatherings" of 10+ people on this site, please go to a nearby venue that would love your business :). The owner lives next door; if you are in violation of the no party policy you will be asked to leave the property immediately without refunds. Noise: This beautiful property has live shoreline sounds: birds calling, seals barking, waves, and distant foghorns. The seaside bedroom has a white noise device in the nightstand, but if you are light sleepers or sensitive to such noise, you may want to book a different venue. Checking in and out: Check-in is 4 pm, and check-out is 11 am. Please do not plan your stay to require an early check-in. If you need to prepare for your wedding or event before 4 pm, consider booking/checking in the day before—you'll be glad you did! Late check-out: Our cleaning crew often arrives at or close to 11 a.m. and has a tight schedule, so we cannot accommodate late check-out.
