After 6 PM and weekends downtown parking is free . Saint John is safe , friendly city. The building and grounds are smoke free, we request all our guests to take their outdoor shoes off at the front or back door, no outside shoes inside the Apt please . Guests staying longer than a week can request for weekly housekeeping service. We can provide cleaning service and linen service at extra cost of 25 an hour. Guests can pay directly to the cleaning lady or Air BNB while booking the apt . Monthly or longer staying guests , we recommend Bi weekly cleaning service is required , to maintain the cleniliness of the apt . We can provide weekly or bi-weekly cleaning service and linen service . No loud music, no pets, only authorized guests can spend the night, visitors are not allowed to spend the night in the Apt. Please do not move the furnishings from its original space . The apt must be maintained , garbage must be placed neatly in the bins outside . The basement is used by our staff for storage only. It's not part of the apt . The staff do not go inside your apt during your stay unless you request their services. We reserve the right to access to the building if house rules are violated or in case of emergency . In such cases. we will text you and enter the building without your authorization as soon as possible. Guests can have friends and family visit them as long as guests follow the above house rules and the Apt is Maintained the way it was when the guests check in . No parties , smoking , vaping is permitted during your stay with us .
