The newly built separate terrace with a barbecue invites you to cozy get-togethers and linger. The fireplace in the living room and the stunning view allow you to enjoy the beautiful nature of the peninsula on the Baltic coast even in autumn and winter. A separate kitchen, a bathroom, and an external sauna leave nothing to be desired. Use of the washing machine and sauna is subject to a fee. Parking is included. Tourist tax in Hohen Wieschendorf: From April 1st to October 31st of each year, a tourist tax is charged by the municipality. This tax is paid to the municipality by the landlord. Please note that the tourist tax must be paid on site upon handover of the keys for the booked period. Costs: 16 years and older: €1.00 / day | 6-16 years and older: €0.50 / day Holiday destination Hohen Wischendorf between Wismar and Boltenhagen The apartment is located in a quiet, sunny location between Wismar – a World Heritage Site – and the seaside resort of Boltenhagen, in Hohen Wieschendorf. The nearby natural beach and small marina are just a few minutes' walk away, approximately 0.6 km away. After a stroll on the beach, you can enjoy the sea view and the view of the island of Poel from the restaurant's outdoor terrace. You can hear the cranes in the designated nature reserves. Other things to note Infants and Toddlers Please note that infants and toddlers generally stay free of charge on Airbnb and do not pay for accommodation or any linen package. Therefore, linens are not provided by the host. However, if needed, they can be rented or provided for a fee. Please note that Airbnb does not include pet fees. These will be billed separately by us.
