Single private room in a sunny well-located apt
I have a single room for rent in a big, sunny, cozy and comfortable apartment with terrace, well located in Almagro neighborhood, easy to get to any point of the city. It's a private single room of 8 Sq. Ft. with a single bed, night table, equipada con cama de una plaza, mesa de luz, shelving and placard. It has a windows to the building lung but is still a very sunny room since the apartment is in the top floor. It's quite a big apartment with a double circulation layout that makes it comfortable and facilitates privacy. It has a living-room with air conditioner, a big kitchen, two bedrooms (mine included) with heater, one full bathroom and an extra one with no bath tube, laundry room and terrace in front of a park. It's a very sunny apartment, fully available for guests. There are two tables (kitchen and living room), so we can share a dinning or working/studying moment if we'd like to, or not if preferred. I live here alone, so you will share the apt only with me. I'm fully available to bring any useful info you need regarding the apartment and/or the city, so you can have a great stay in BA. I like my guests have privacy and independence to move around, but I'm also open to share a conversation, a dinner or a walk. Almagro is a typical tango neighborhood, full of pubs, parrillas and off-teatres. There're all kind of shops around, but at the same time it's a quiet and safe place to walk day or night. It's at a walking distance from/to several universities (UTN, UP, UNA, UBA, Kennedy) and hospitals (Italiano, Naval, Sanatorio Güemes). The apartment is very well located and easy to get to/from any point of the city, since it's close to two of the main BA avenues: Corrientes ave. and Rivadavia ave. It's 15 minutes subway ride to the city center where you can visit great number of touristic attractions. There's 2 subway lines close to the apartment: Medrano station (subway Line B) is at 3 minutes walk from my place, and Castro Barros station and Loria station (both subway Line A) at five minutes walk. There are also a lot bus stations around: 180, 71, 24, 124 and 168 are in the corner. And there're plenty more bus stops over Corrientes ave, Medrano ave, and Salguero st., at 2 blocks from the apartment. There's also a public bike station in front of my place. It's truly easy to move to/from every point of the city in several means of public transport.
