Vacation Villa of Marigot Bay

It's a community of 12 private villas on the north side of Marigot Bay. Each has its own beautiful view over the bay with 1 bedroom, full kitchen, bath, living room, and balcony. Easy walk to the beach. The space Be part of a little vacation community here in Marigot Bay. A perfect place for relaxing and enjoying the tropics. We also offer some fun activities for active travelers in the area, like day sail tours, jungle biking, beach, watersports, and more. *If you have some mobility issues, please note that the property is located on the hillside and we do have some steps around.* There is no road access to this side of the bay - only ferry (2 min crossing). A mandatory weekly ferry pass must be purchased for $20 per person. Guest access - Shared community pool - Beach just a walk down from the villa - Restaurants within 5 minutes walk Other things to note -The electricity is 220v and the outlets are 3 prong plugs (type G). If you have north American electronics you will need an adapter. -If you have some mobility issues, please note that the property is located on the hillside and we do have some steps around - A/C in the bedroom only -There is no road access to this side of the bay - ferry (2 min crossing). A mandatory weekly ferry pass must be purchased for $20 per person. There is no grocery store located in Marigot Bay, I highly recommend stocking the villa with groceries on arrival. Please ask for more details on this service. The closest grocery store is located in Cul de Sac-Massy (20 min drive away). We have a strict cancellation policy, so we recommend you get TRIP INSURANCE within a few days of booking to cover the cost if you have to cancel due to illness, etc. It is inexpensive and will give you peace of mind!
