Guest access The entire accommodation Other things to note The Portico vacation home is located on the third floor of a small and old building that has been completely renovated. You can get there by stairs or elevator. The apartment, particularly bright and with specially sought-after and different colors for each environment, is designed to contribute to the well-being of the Guest. Il Portico is the ideal apartment, with its numerous beds and rooms, to accommodate families, groups and couples of all ages. The apartment has a habitable entrance suitable for eating lunches and dinners. The kitchenette, separated from the entrance, is equipped with a coffee machine with pods included, a fridge, freezer, microwave, oven and various utensils for meals. Inside there is a table for preparing dishes or for consuming the main meals. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, fans and 2 bedrooms, one of which is an open loft equipped with a mini-fridge, next to the bed, to satisfy thirst without having to go downstairs (the mini-fridge (upon specific request) can contain the drinks previously chosen and agreed upon by the Guest. The Portico has 1 bathroom with bidet, shower, bathtub and washing machine as well as all the accessories, including a hairdryer and the entire set of towels necessary to satisfy our beloved Guests. Bed linen is provided entirely by the holiday home. The apartment consists of a colorful living room with TV, bookcase and a pouf that, depending on your needs, turns into a delightful and comfortable single bed. For greater privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and soundproofing, since some rooms are equipped with double glazing. Depending on your preferences, check-in can be done in person or through the codes that will be communicated electronically.
