Restored by the current owner, it was the residence of the couple, Italian immigrants, Felice Fortunato Roman and Catterina Gobbo Roman, built in 1885, where they raised their six children. It is a differentiated lodging, with thematic decoration, alluding to Italian immigration. Guests have the autonomy and freedom to enjoy a unique experience, staying next to a winery that is distinguished by the production of organic juices and wines. The space Casa de Pedra is a lodging option located next to the Mena Kaho Winery, part of the "Historic Wineries" tourist route, also recognized as a historical heritage site of Italian colonization. With the entire residence at their disposal, without the formality of a conventional hotel, guests can prepare their own meals, as the kitchen is fully equipped (gas stove and oven, wood-burning stove, microwave oven, pots, pans, serving dishes, blender, coffee maker, etc.).
