Room is on ground floor with private bathroom and no shared spaces. Heating and cooling facilities for optimal comfort. The space The room is located on the ground floor of the house. We live on the first and second floor but the guest space is completely seperated and there are no shared spaces. We would like to inform you that we have a cute and energetic 4year old son who likes to run around the house (like all 4 year olds), and your room can sometimes be a bit noisy due to his footsteps upstairs. However, we ensure that there is no noise from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM to maintain a peaceful environment for our guests. During your stay We appreciate all communication via the relevant booking platform to ensure timely and organized responses. Other things to note No pets allowed and no smoking allowed. Smoking inside the property will result in a fine of 500Euros.
