The Maison della Piana

Although close to the village of Bellagio, the house is set in a quiet and peaceful area, in a small hamlet reached mostly by pedestrian paths through nature and historic villas. The home was created from the renovation of an old rural farmhouse. A skilled architect designed a dynamic layout with internal staircases and unique corners, giving the house a distinctive character and making it quite different from a traditional home. Open spaces make it ideal for sharing time with family or friends. The space The house opens onto a charming garden with a pergola, perfect for relaxing outdoors. On the ground floor you will find a bright veranda with a comfortable living area and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with induction cooktops, ideal for preparing meals at home. A large fireplace adds warmth and character to the space, although it is available for use only during the winter months. Also on the ground floor there is a bathroom with a shower and a single sofa bed, typically used for guests. From here, an internal staircase leads to the first floor, which can also be accessed independently from outside via a traditional stone staircase and a separate private entrance. The first floor features another cozy living room with a fireplace, a small kitchen area, and a sofa bed. There is also a second bathroom with a bathtub (while the ground-floor bathroom has a shower). Just opposite the bathroom you will notice a charming vintage radio, still fully functional and adding a unique touch to the house. From the first floor, a staircase leads to the master bedroom located in the wooden attic, a warm and intimate space with a lovely small window overlooking the central part of the lake. In the garden, a ping-pong table can be made available upon request. A barbecue area is located at the back of the house and can be used by prior arrangement. In the garage below the house, guests may also request access to a washing machine and a drying rack. Guest access It can be reached by car by small/medium-sized car through a consortium road and a path, this yes, narrow between plants and land (for those who have large cars and recommended to use another road with remote parking).
