Indoors Ground Floor Stepping into Nuera I, you are welcomed by the expansive, living and kitchen area, with its seamless indoor connection, making natural light flow effortlessly. The cozy living room features two lush sofas to unwind, an 86” TV, and a PlayStation 5 to enjoy all the fun! The fully equipped kitchen makes a self-catered holiday seem effortless, while the long island, equipped with 4 stools and the dining table featuring 10 chairs, makes the perfect setting for intimate dinners with your loved ones. Walking through the spacious floor, you will find the first bedroom. This bedroom features a King-size bed (1,80 x 2,00), and a sofa that can be converted into a twin-size bed, comfortably accommodating an additional guest. This room also features an open closet, a 43” TV, a mini fridge, an en-suite bathroom with a standup shower, and direct access to the pool area. For added convenience, the ground floor also features a half bathroom. First Floor Ascending up the beautifully designed stairs, you will find two bedrooms. The second bedroom features a King-size bed (1,80 x 2,00. This room also features an open closet, a 43” TV, a mini fridge, an en-suite bathroom with a standup shower, and a picturesque balcony, to enjoy the stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The outdoor space boasts a gas BBQ grill, complete with a mini fridge, ample counter space, and storage cabinets. Nearby, a spacious dining table that seats up to 10 guests awaits, creating the perfect backdrop for unforgettable memories under the open sky. More specifically, the outdoor area features: - A private, 50 sq.m. swimming pool, 1.5 m deep with step access. The pool can be heated upon advance request, for an additional daily charge, for the entire stay, and requires at least one week’s notice. - The pool area is equipped with sun beds, side tables, and 1 umbrella - BBQ facilities with Gas grill - Οutdoor dining area for 8 guests - Οutdoor sitting area - Parking space for 2 cars inside the villa premises. - The whole villa is fully fenced and has a gated entrance, offering security to our guests. The amount for the accommodation type is set at €15 per night from April to October and €4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
