Villa Tucan is run by a family originally from La Fortuna that offers very modern and comfortable rooms in quiet and isolated property with a private forest. Feel like you are in the middle of the jungle with the beautiful landscape around the rooms. With only 8 rooms, you will love the small and intimate scale and quiet. See a lot of birds while drinking your coffee on the front porch. The pool and the under roof hot tub are amazing with an astonishing of the Volcano. The space -We have a shared kitchen that you can use just please keep this area clean and in order! -In the property there are 6 rooms in total -Cleaning service included every day upon request on schedule (need to turn the sign on the door from 9am to 1pm) -The kitchen area is separated from the rooms and is shared, please keep clean and in order. -Free 200mbps (Download & Upload) WIFI in the room, kitchen area and pool -We have a privileged location between La Fortuna Town and the Volcano, with lots of stuff a short walk like Super Cristian #4, Tuanis Laundry, Bakery La Delicia, Soda El Turnito, Red Frog Coffee Roaster, La Cava Restaurant, Minimarket Z13, Souvenir La Pradera and many other restaurants, also all tours operators pick up from our place -Please reduce the noise after 8:00 pm. -Loud music is not allowed at anytime of the day our guests like to relax and hear the sounds of the nature -The swimming pool and hot tub is from 7:00am to 10:00 pm after this time chemicals are used. * The hot tub heater turns on automatically from 10:00 am to 10:00pm you only have to turn on the jacuzzi in the switch located on the pole next to it. Please turn it off when you are no longer using it! Guest access -The swimming pool and jacuzzi are on common areas. -We have a community kitchen for our guests with dining tables -Free wifi in the room, swimming pool and community kitchen area. -Swimming pool schedule: 7:00am to 10:00pm -Under roof Hot Tub schedule: 12:00pm to 10:00pm. You just need to turn on the jacuzzi by pressing the switch next to it. Please turn off if you are not using it any more!!! -There are amazing tours and activities to do in the area that you can enjoy meanwhile you are visiting the Arenal Volcano area! We can help you with information and you can reserve some of them through us they give us better rates feel free to ask! :D During your stay I like to meet new people from every where so if you need any help with information or anything else you can contact me by message I will try response the fast I can Other things to note CHECK IN PROCESS We will do a self check in so one day before your check in date I will send the instructions on how to get inside the property. We have a gated property so our main entrance have an electric gate that open with a code I will send you this information too. Also I live in the property with my family so in case you need anything I am really close. We are located 2kms west from La Fortuna Catholic Church our main entrance is located in front of the main road 142 the same road that goes to the Arenal National Park, we are right across the street from Pizzeria Vagabundo.
