Washer/Dryer and fully stocked kitchen. The space We purchased this older mobile home from a dear long time neighbor, hence the name, and renovated it in 2015. We did all the work ourselves so while not a professional remodel we are quite proud of it! It is a great place to kick back and relax and we think it is very comfortable. It has three bedrooms and the master has a memory foam queen mattress bed. The two smaller bedrooms have smaller single beds that are still quite comfortable. One of the smaller bedrooms also has a computer desk with an office chair and power/USB charging ports. High speed Wi-Fi is included with a Smart TV with an Amazon Fire Stick for use. Broadcast channels and others are included through YouTube TV on the Fire Stick. There is the Netflix app there if you wish to sign-in with your own account. Decently stocked kitchen and feel free to use anything in the cupboards/frig for your meals/cooking, Keurig coffee maker. Guest access The entire home and during the warmer months the backyard. It includes a fire pit with wood to use. A picnic table and gas grill are available for use too. Other things to note Pet sitting services potentially available upon request for an additional cost.
