Whether business travelers, fitters or friends or family travelers, the "Time-Out Westerbauer" offers accommodation in a cozy and appealing atmosphere. Your single room is furnished as a living/sleeping room. You may share the bathroom and kitchen with a maximum of 1 other person. However, thanks to our occupancy concept, we usually manage to ensure that our guests have the apartment exclusively to themselves. The apartment size is 55 m² Other things to note The Hagen-Westerbauer district offers an extensive infrastructure. Shops for everyday needs are within walking distance in 2-5 minutes. In about 5 minutes you can be on the A1 federal highway by car. Hagen Central Station is about 10 minutes by car. A public transport stop is right outside the front door. Within a radius of 30 km there are very nice excursion areas such as the Sauerland with its many reservoirs or the "green" Ruhr area with its beautiful half-timbered houses such as Herdecke on Lake Harkort or Lake Hengstey. The accommodations are four apartments with a size of 44 m² to 55 m² with a total of eight rooms in a size of 13 m² to 19 m². The furnishing is modern in industrial style. You will sleep on high-quality box spring beds (1.20 m x 2.00 m). All rooms have fast Internet (Wi-Fi) and HD TV. The kitchen / eat-in kitchen is fully equipped. There is a coffee machine (pads), stove, microwave, hot air fryer, kettle, dishwasher and a fridge-freezer combination. Washing machine, dryer and a drying room are located in the basement. Parking spaces assigned to the apartments are right outside the front door. The bathroom/toilet is bright and friendly (daylight) and equipped with a modern shower cubicle. The apartments were fully renovated in spring 2024 and are therefore in excellent condition. As these are "non-smoking apartments," smoking is only allowed outside the front door (smoking area) or on the outside terrace (apartment 2).
