No parties / events strictly are allowed, and no noise after 9pm. ► All bedrooms and living area are equipped with an AC (air conditioner). ► Street parking available, however we cannot guarantee any availability. Availability depends on day of week and also time of day. Usually, one should be able to find parking within 2 - 5 mins walk of the property. ► 🛎️ Online Check-in: IMPORTANT - For a smooth check-in, we use an online check-in system where you'll need to complete a short process and upload a copy of your passport—this is mandatory. This must be completed before we can send you the check-in instructions. It helps us comply with regulations and ensures a hassle-free arrival.
