Spacious and excellent house for families, in a safe area. 5 bedrooms surrounded by wide corridors. Large kitchen. Outdoor barbecue. Ranch with living room and hammock area. View of the estuary and the sea. Boat for trips to the estuary and canals where lizards and alligators live. AC in each bedroom. Spectacular sunsets on the seashore. Wifi throughout the house and TV with local and foreign channels in the family room. The space The house is located facing the estuary but the beach is easily accessible on foot. The land is 1 block with active coconut trees and rich coconut water. The guard's house is on a corner to be able to keep in touch with them. Large dock for sunbathing, socializing during the day or night. From the dock you can go down to swim in the estuary. There is a beach in the estuary for the less daring. The estuary is the solution for swimming at ease. There is no need for a pool because the estuary is 'the best pool in the world' as our grandchildren say! Guest access There is no street access, only beach access. A 4x4 vehicle is needed to access the property, but if your vehicle is not a 4x4, you can park in a safe place 2 blocks from the property and, for a nominal price, the guard can rent your vehicle to move it from the parking lot to the property and vice versa. Other things to note The property has two showers outside the house for cleaning beach sand or estuary sand, thus preventing the sinks from clogging or blocking
