Large and excellent house for families, in a safe area. 5 bedrooms surrounded by spacious runners. Spacious kitchen. Outdoor BBQ. Ranch with living room and hammock place. Overlooking abroad and the sea. Boat for trips to the bocana and canals where lizards and machorras live. A/C in each bedroom. Spectacular sunsets on the seaside. WiFi throughout the entire house and TV with local and foreign channels in the family room. The space The house is located overlooking the estuary but the beach is easily accessible on foot. The land is 1 block with active coconuts and rich coconut water. The guardian's house is on a corner so you can keep a connection with them. Wide dock for sunbathing, sharing socially by day or night. From the pier you can go down to swim abroad. There is a beach on the outside for the less daring. The abroad is the solution for swimming to taste. There is no need for a pool as the abroad is‘ the best pool in the world ’as our grandchildren say! Guest access There is no street access, only by beach. 4x4 vehicle is needed to access the property, but if your vehicle is not 4x4, it can be parked in a safe place 2 blocks from the property and, for a nominal price, the guardian can rent your vehicle to transfer it from the parking lot to the property and vice versa. Other things to note The property has two showers outside the house for cleaning beach sand or foreign sand cleaning, so that the summaries get stuck or get blocked
