The space BEDROOM: The bedrooms have queen and double sized beds topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: The main bathroom has a shower, a bath, and a basin. Note that there is no toilet in the main bathroom- it’s in the powder room. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - microwave - crockery and cutlery - dishwasher We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as muesli, milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a 50" smart TV that you can use. You must use your own login for available smart-related apps. The TV has access to local channels. LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. PARKING: The parking space provides space for 1 car. There is also 2hr free street parking - Tench Street. COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES: You will have access to the building's tennis court BBQ Area, and pool throughout your stay. All amenities are above ground/open air access located with the entrance to the right of the parking garage ramp. The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners.
