Upstairs, the townhouse features a large Smart TV lounge, a study, and three bedrooms, along with the main bathroom and the ensuite. A full laundry and a double secure garage are also available for your convenience. Bedroom 2 can be configured into two single beds upon request, while Bedroom 3 can be transformed into a king bed upon request. These requests must be made at the time of booking and confirmed, with a fee of $50 per room for changing the bed configuration. The fully fenced yard is pet-friendly for 1 x small dog, 2 x small dogs on application, standard pet fees apply.
