This charming, spacious and stylish holiday home is located in the heart of the vibrant seaside town of Southwold, just a short walk from the sandy beach, iconic pier and beach-hut lined promenade, making it ideal for a seaside holiday or a short break with friends, family and the dog. Upstairs, there are three well-proportioned bedrooms along with the family bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, an armchair, fitted wardrobes, 2 bedside tables and 2 lamps. The window looks out to the garden and neighbouring properties. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, a chest of drawers, a dressing table with a mirror, 2 bedside tables and 2 lamps. Window looking out to the Cellar & Kitchen shop and courtyard. Bedroom 3 has bunk beds and fitted wardrobes. The window looks out to neighbouring properties and children's playground beyond. The family bathroom has a bath with a shower over, a WC, a sink with drawers under and a heated towel rail. The window lets in natural light. Outside, the garden wraps around the property with a decked area to the rear and a further side garden area with shingle. A garden shed is tucked to one side and a gate leads to the front past a second timber shed. With a view up to the spire of St. Edmunds church, the property is well-positioned to enjoy the town and the beach. You can unload outside the property and free parking can be found on nearby roads
