Our 100 square meter apartment in a beautiful natural setting is ideal for two adults. On request, we can provide a children's bed, a youth bed or a baby cot. A sofa bed is also available if needed. When booking, please let us know how many people you are and what sleeping arrangements you need. The apartment is furnished to a high standard, modernly furnished and very well maintained. The space On the first floor you will find a spacious 100 m² apartment with an open roof truss. The southwest balcony invites you to breakfast in the morning sun or an evening glass of wine overlooking the majestic Säntis and the onion dome of the pilgrimage church Maria Thann (only 500 m away). The rooms are bright, modernly furnished and offer a cozy ambience – ideal for longer stays to relax and feel good. The apartment is ideal for two adults and up to two children. A cot, an extra bed (80×190 cm) and, on request, a baby travel cot are available. The fully equipped kitchen offers a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and all the necessary utensils such as dishwashing liquid, sponges and brushes. In the spacious living room you will find satellite TV, a relaxing lounger and a pull-out sofa. The bedroom has a large, comfortable double bed (2×2 m), plenty of storage space and – on request – a children's bed and baby cot. Bed linen and towels are provided once per stay. The bathroom offers a shower, bathtub and a washing machine. Shower gel and hand soap are provided. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. The apartment is located in the quiet outdoor area of the village, in the middle of beautiful nature – ideal for relaxation and slowing down. Note: Our grandchildren live next door and occasionally come by to play – friendly, close to nature and completely "pure country life". If you are looking for absolute silence, you will find it here as well – with a small, warm family flair. Guest access Access to the apartment is via the main entrance of our house. The apartment has its own lockable apartment door. A key safe is located directly to the right of the front door – you will receive the code before arrival. After opening the front door, please go immediately right through the white door into the staircase. There, a staircase leads directly to the apartment on the upper floor. Please note: straight through the double glass door you will enter our private living area – this is not intended for guests. The apartment has its own spacious balcony, which is accessible from both the living room and the bedroom. There is a table and up to four garden chairs for relaxed meals or a glass of wine in the evening. Other things to note As our guest, you will receive the Allgäu-Walser-Card free of charge. This guest card offers you over 150 attractive discounts – including free bus rides throughout the Westallgäu to the Kleinwalsertal, as well as many discounts for excursions, leisure activities and attractions. Particularly popular with our guests are: the Bregenz Festival with the world-famous lake stage, Casino Bregenz directly on Lake Constance, the Ravensburger Spieleland – ideal for families, the magnificent Nagelfluhkette with fantastic hiking trails, the Pfänder viewpoint near Bregenz, the UNESCO World Heritage pile dwellings in Unteruhldingen, the charming old town of Wangen im Allgäu, as well as the nearby Center Parcs Allgäu with a tropical adventure pool. In order for us to provide you with the digital Allgäu-Walser-Card, we need your email address after booking. We will then register you online and you will automatically receive a guest form to fill out by email. After filling it out, your personal guest card will be sent digitally as a QR code – simple, sustainable and practical.
