The villa features: - 1 master bedroom with private bathroom, - 2 secondary bedrooms and one of these with a private bathroom, -Wi-Fi - A living and dining room. - Kitchen -Balcony - Includes 1 parking space, possibility of a second parking space with prior notice and additional cost of $10 The space The villa is about 100 square meters, which are distributed as follows: First level: Living room, dining room and kitchen and a secondary room with a private bathroom. Second level: It has a bathroom and a separate secondary bedroom, a master bedroom with a private bathroom. Terrace on the second level. Guest access We have a parking space for you inside the condo with 24/7 security. If you need more parking space, there is an extra cost and it must be paid in advance of your arrival. Also for your convenience and to avoid the search for parking in Antigua Guatemala, the Villas Orotava condominium has a shuttle at your disposal that has a shuttle service to the park, this must be coordinated with the condominium administration and ask them their operating hours of the day. NOTE: If the shuttle is not available at the time of your stay, it is because it had mechanical problems at the last minute, as something unforeseen may happen with it. We hope you understand. Other things to note The pool is available from 8:00 am to 9:50 pm from Tuesday to Sunday. It is not available on Mondays due to maintenance
