This vacation home is spacious and 4 km from the sea. Just a 20-minute drive from Senigallia and/or Fano; Marotta is 10 minutes away, also by car. A car will help you enjoy the best of the area, although Ponte Rio is served by several bus lines, including Fano and Marotta. The nearest airports are Ancona, Rimini (both 40 minutes away, Ryanair) and Bologna (2 hours). Great vacation home for families as well. The space The house has a spacious hallway with two bedrooms and a bathroom. The kitchen and living room are located in a single, large and bright space. Outside the house there is a space where you can sit in the cooler hours of the day. The house is located on the Pergolese, a busy street but also convenient to reach any location nearby.
