Spacious holiday home located just 4 km from the sea. It is about a 20-minute drive from Senigallia and Fano, while Marotta can be reached in 10 minutes. A car is recommended to enjoy the area to the fullest, but Ponte Rio is still served by several bus lines, with connections to Fano and Marotta. The nearest airports are Ancona and Rimini (both about 40 minutes away, also served by Ryanair) and Bologna, which can be reached in about 2 hours. Ideal solution for families too. The space The house offers spacious and functional rooms: a spacious corridor leads to two bedrooms and a bathroom, while the kitchen and living room are located in a single open-plan space, large and bright, perfect for spending time together. Outside there is a space where you can relax and sit in the cooler hours of the day. Free high-speed Wi-Fi, suitable for smart working and streaming, available 24 hours a day in all rooms of the apartment. The location on the Pergolese, a convenient and well-connected road, allows you to easily reach all the surrounding towns, making the house a practical and ideal base for families too. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, consisting of a living room, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and outdoor patio. Check-in is in person: I will welcome guests upon arrival and provide all the necessary information for their stay. Free public parking is available on the street in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation. Use of the outdoor patio is permitted until 11:00 p.m., with due respect for the neighbours. While renting the entire accommodation, I live in the same building/house and remain available for any need.
