A nice chalet in a quiet neighborhood in the midst of nature. Private property, with a large green area and only two houses. The space The chalet has a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom, a living room with a double sofa bed (two single beds), a kitchen and a balcony. On the balcony you can have a barbecue and enjoy quiet moments overlooking nature. It comfortably sleeps 4 people. Guest access There is a large backyard on the property that can be accessed by guests. Grassy area, pleasant for picnicking and relaxing while enjoying nature. There is also free parking. In the chalet there is a balcony, where you can have a barbecue. We can lend you a portable barbecue grill if you're interested. Other things to note You'll have amazing moments in our chalets. • We work with self check-in and check-out; •There is no reception at the property. For clarifications and requests, we will be available to assist you by phone; • Because we do not have room service, we will be available for replacements and requests only from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. We ask that you check within this time if you need anything; • We are a private property that rents out chalets. They are: Acácia, Dália, Íris, Jasmim and Verbena. • The breakfast included in the reservation is simple and left inside the chalet itself prior to check-in. The items available are: Sliced bread, butter, jam, cookies, fruits, yogurt, granola, coffee, tea, powdered milk, chocolate milk, juice box and water. If any item needs to be replaced, please let us know. Avoid waste! • The mini-kitchen inside the chalet has: a minibar, coffee maker, microwave, induction stove and airfrier. • We offer bed and bath linens, blankets and pillows. However, if you are allergic and feel more comfortable, feel free to bring your own; • We provide toilet paper and soap. • The shower is electrically heated.
