Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, thus providing a stress-free and busy stay, where you can stay calmly with the gate open while going to and from the beach. Sleep with the sound of ocean waves and relax with your family in front of the sea in Cabo Frio. The space With a perfect space for your holidays, it comprises 2 floors furnished and newly renovated. Ground floor: Balcony with two rocking hammocks. Living room and dining room. Kitchen with stove, refrigerator, table and utensils. Spacious shared bathroom. Service area with wall clothesline, barbecue, table and double tank. 2nd floor: A suite with double bed, balcony and closet. Bedroom 1 with 2 bunk beds. Bedroom 2 with 2 bunk beds. Spacious shared bathroom. Balcony with two rocking hammocks. It has bed linen. It has a fan in all rooms. IMPORTANT WARNING: The hot ones didn't miss the air conditioning, because the house was constantly graced by the sea breeze. But, the cold ones, we advise you to bring a coat. And if you're out of charcoal for your barbecue, you can buy whatever you need at one of the markets located near the house. Guest access The house is located in a condominium of three houses, being the first house. Where guests should be careful when parking their vehicle, leaving the internal area of access to other houses free for everyone to circulate. Other things to note The house has an outdoor parking space for one car, this parking space in front of the house, next to the porch (leaving access to the other houses free). For better accessibility to the common area, I suggest that you park your vehicle outside the house. Because it is a safe neighborhood. Do not leave garbage in the bathroom baskets or in the kitchen trash can. Do not leave food in the refrigerator. Dispose of all rubbish in the trash can across the street. When leaving, close all doors and windows.
