Guest access Please follow these steps upon your arrival: Check-In: -Go directly to the Lobby Reception and present your ID. -After verification, take the elevator to the 15th floor. Accessing the Key: -On the door knob, you'll find a lockbox. -Enter the provided code to open the lockbox and retrieve the key. Check-Out: -Before leaving, please message us to inform about your checkout. -Ensure you return the key to the lockbox and scramble the combination for security. Other things to note Parking is not included. Shore Residences charges Php 50 for the first 4 hours, and Php 50 for each additional hour, plus an overnight fee of Php 300 from 1:30am to 6am. If you plan to park overnight, please inform the parking attendant. Swimming pool operating hours are from 6am to 10pm. The fee is Php 150 per person for regular days and Php 300 on holidays. Proper swimming attire is required. Pool vouchers can be obtained from the Admin Office (open M-F 9am - 5pm; Sat 9am - 12pm; Closed on Sundays). If you need assistance securing vouchers ahead of time, please let us know. The vouchers should be handed to security personnel near the pools in exchange for a wristband that allows pool access.
